Liz Schneider composes simple forms and mixes primary colors. She imposes these restrictions on herself from an ecological perspective: she tries, metaphorically, to limit her use of resources, increase her use of basic ingredients, and produce much from little. From these simple forms, Schneider creates disturbed and disturbing animals, who are contemplating the future and worried about an ecological holocaust.
