Project 4-7-8 is a collection that introduces the viewer to mindful breathing, a tool for coping with stressful situations, anger, anxiety, insomnia, and more. 4-7-8 is a breathing technique based on Yogic Pranayama exercises. The practitioner is asked to reconnect with their mind to cope with different mental states in a healthier way. Inspired by meditative healing movements, the images in this collection echo the breathing cycles of the 4-7-8 method and the repetition of daily practice.
