Tryouts for X unit are currently conducted in a clumsy and outdated manner. The officer in charge has only a notebook in which to enter the finishing position for each soldier in each heat, summarize training exercises and interviews, and write personal remarks. At the end of each day, this officer must then enter the data into an Excel spreadsheet, which takes up valuable time. The aim of this project is to create an information system to manage and facilitate the tryouts; the main targets are reducing time spent entering data and improving the preservation of information and the quality of teaching.
