A series of pocket booklets made from six-meter-long cloths.

This project uses long bolts of fabric to create a series of pocket booklets depicting a personal family story from the perspective of a daughter born in Israel to first-generation immigrants from India. The work process consisted of deconstructing and reconstructing memories from the past using negatives of family photos, cloths found at home, and a personal stamp collection; together, these elements form a collection that conceals many memories within. The booklets illustrate the disparities between life in India and life in Israel and evoke the experience of childhood in the Indian community in Israel.
